Try dogsledding in small private groups with our small kennel of Alaska Huskies, 30 km south of Narvik!
Dogsledding is a fantastic way to discover the arctic wilderness. On a silent sled, you travel far into the mountains making you come close to the wildlife and the dogs that pull you. We only do small private groups, and for us it is important to teach you the trade so you can master it, and enjoy the ride.
We have 16 huskies that are all part of our family and most are born with us. They join us running, skiing and swimming, and we go on long trips together in the winter. Here they have large pens and quite often occupy the couch in the evening.
As our guest, you get to know the dogs, drive your own sled and help us before and after the tour taking care of the dogs.
If you wish to stay a bit longer in Skjomen valley, we can offer accomodation with the activity.
We take our time, in the mountains it doesn’t exist.
